Most of our products are shipped directly from our main factory in China, while some are dispatched from overseas warehouses.

Delivery time varies depending on the destination and shipping method:
DHL / FedEx: 3–15 business days
You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.

Import duties and taxes may apply depending on your country’s customs regulations.
These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Yes. We are the official Chihiros Aquatic Studio store, and all products are 100% authentic and come with a manufacturer warranty.

Most Chihiros devices support 100–240V, suitable for worldwide use.

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos/videos for review.
Returns for personal reasons (e.g., wrong size or model chosen) are accepted within 15 days after delivery, but the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost and any customs duties.
